Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped across service areas. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days within the city and 5–10 days nationwide. Shipping costs depend on order size and location. To ensure safe delivery, orders are primarily shipped via bus. Customers must collect their items from the designated bus stop and inspect them at the time of pickup. Any damage must be reported immediately with photos at the pickup location. Once items are taken from the bus stop, Mimacha Pottery is not responsible for any damages discovered later. Bulk orders may require special arrangements, and delays may occur due to external factors.
