At Mimacha Pottery, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, including cement, fiberglass, and fiber cement planters, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been purchased. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details before placing an order and to thoroughly inspect items at the time of pickup or delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately at the point of collection. Once the products are accepted and taken from the pickup location, Mimacha Pottery will not be responsible for any damage, breakage, or claims.
